Alright, so after a RIDICULOUSLY long waiting period from Cex.co.uk, Pikmin 2 has arrived to my door. So far, I am enjoying what this game has to offer, with the new types of Pikmin, more strategy-oriented gameplay, a drastic increase in difficulty (pileated snagret >.<), and of course the addition of another leader (not captain, only Olimar is the captain, not Louie or the President). I am certain that the addition of another leader has raised so many questions such as "Will there be co-op?" "Will there be battle mode?" "Is there going to be enough multiplayer?" No, yes, no.

Nintendo, I am positive with Shigeru Myamoto's round table quote "We're making Pikmin.", it is obvious that Co-operative split screen should be used in Pikmin 3, should it ever be made. With 1 experienced Pikmin player, it would take 10 minutes for Olimar and Louie to switch between eachother and raise up lots of blues for Louie, and to raise up yellows for Olimar, having to mash the - (or Y) button repeatedly. But with 2 experienced Pikmin players, it would take 5 minutes with no stress at all, if the skill requirements are met for both players. Now obviously, I am not a game developer, so I would naturally have no idea on how to make Pikmin 3 work with co-op. But look what you've done with New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Donkey Kong Country Returns, and of course Super Mario Galaxy 2. You've made co-op easily accesible, now if only you could do something like that with Pikmin 3. Say, Olimar is busy fighting an Emperor Bulblax with 30 purples, while Louie is raising up an army of red pikmin back at spawn.

Nintendo, like I already said, many fans want Pikmin 3 badly, and I know that you are making it for Wii U, but remember, co-op makes a difference when you have more than one leader.
